Udang Kukus (Gongten)

5 Ekor Udang Galah (2 org mkn je-x leh makan byk sbb kolestrol)
1 btg Serai *
3 bj Cili Besar *
Cili Padi-depend nak pedas ke tak *
1 sb serbuk ayam
Sos Ikan
Garam n Gula
Sebesar ibu jari Asam Jawa

Cara
A. Kukus
(1) Kukus Udang+garam+gula+sos ikan dan toskan.Simpan air udang ni.

B. Kuah
(1) Panaskan minyak
(2) Tumiskan bahan blend
(3) Selepas pecah minyak, masukkan air asam jawa+air udang+serbuk ayam dan rasa.Kalau tak masin masukkan sos ikan, kalau x manis masukkan gula.
(4) Tunggu sampai pecah minyak. Selepas siap, tuangkan kuah atas udang.
(5) Kukus sekali lagi supaya sebati.
(6) Siap

Cara
(1) Ayam di gorng dgn kunyit
(2) Blend Cili merah+putih+cili kering(rebus dulu)
(3) Tumis daun kari
(4) Tumis bahan blend+halia+kulit kayu manis dlm minyak sederhana byk
(5) Selepas pecah minyak, masukkan rempah kari+sos tomato
(6) Masukkan madu, garam, gula secukup rasa
(7) Masukkan ayam
(8) Siap
